Jonquil Brewing has over 20 years of recipe formulation experience including hundreds of test batches in addition to scaling small batches into commercial wholesale and retail environments.

With two National BJCP judges on staff, JBC can assist you with quality control using sensory analysis to detect off flavors and their origin.  In addition, these experienced palates can assist you in designing recipes as well as determining process flaws.  Last but not least, being able to reverse engineer commercial examples allows us to aid you in tweaking your own recipes and achieving the flavor profiles you desire.
